Now, let's talk about my fees since it's important and influences your decision making. When setting my fees, I took a budget into consideration. I crunched the numbers and devised a "menu" of services that offer different options that are budget friendly.
What's Else is Included:
- Customized marketing materials
- Visual Aids
- If possible, a projected presentation with step-by-step and/or detailed photographs.
- Possibly, access to special materials on my website.
When you take into consideration everything you and your customers/members receive, you will realize that my rates are reasonable.
Remember, I have to get there somehow. To help you budget, here's some of the reimbursable travel expenses involved in planning an event: airfare (luggage, parking and mileage to/from the airport), meal allowance, hotel room, and rental car, if necessary. If you are within driving distance, the mileage rate is $ .54 per mile. I can fly out of either Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshal Airport (BWI), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) or Harrisburg International Airport (MDT).
Other expenses may be necessary, such as shipping.
Payment plans are available for your convenience.
The Sulky Option:
Another option is to book me to do an official Sulky program. According to the terms of my contract with Sulky, as an independent contractor, I cannot offer a program that competes with one of Sulky's official programs. Click here to visit Sulky's website and learn more about the educational opportunities they offer.
If you are interested in hosting me for a Sulky program, let's talk. We'll take a look at the dates you have open and compare them to my schedule. Once we set up a date, I'll initiate the contact with Sulky and provide them with the details.
